According to the calendar, it is still a few days away, but here in SW Ohio we are experiencing Signs of Spring:
- The walking path in the woods that just a week ago was crusted with snow and frozen footprints is now a morass of mud, bogs, and running water
- Laundry drying on the line outside rather than on racks in front of the fire
- Fuzzy flannel bed sheets replaced with crisp, cool cotton
- Robin scratching the ground under the feeder
- Peepers filling the night air with song
- Mercury reached 70F yesterday
- Did I mention the mud?
